Secure Packaging
Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box and protective outer sleeve, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers have inspected the item to confirm its pristine condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
